Refund policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return and full credit, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it in its original sealed packaging. Open product may be subject to a 15% re-stocking fee, unless deemed defective upon receipt.

To start a return or replacement, you can submit a request on the contact page of this site, or send your request by email to info@radarlaser.ca. Once approved, you will receive an RMA#, and returns will need to be shipped prepaid to the following address:

Please be sure to indicate your RMA# on the outside of the shipping carton. Note, we are not responsible for goods damaged or lost while in transport back to our facility, so you are encouraged to insure your package.

Once your return is received and verified by our support team, a replacement or credit will be issued accordingly. 


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the shipping package or product(s) is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right without delay.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved, or if declined we will advise the reasoning for such decision. If approved, you’ll be automatically be refunded on your original payment method within 7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account. 

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve received your return, and no refund has appeared on your billing statement, please contact us at info@radarlaser.ca.
