Requirements

Requirements:

TX Sensors require an ALP GPS Antenna connected in your ALP system  configuration.

TX Black Sensors also need a minimum floor clearance of approximately 12" - If install is very low a TX is not recommended and you are better off with 3 regular sensors.

TX Black does not work in mixed installs.  If you have a old TX head on your vehicle now (TX Blue or TX Green), but you’d like to add another new TX head, you’ll need to replace the old one too to use it with the new Black TX Sensors.

In the Box:

  • TX Black Sensor
  • T-Splitter

TX Black Baby!

Did not purchase here yet, but wanted to give my opinion on ALP. These TX-Black sensors are the elite standard in laser shifting, particularly against DragonEye. I upgraded my 2019 setup after getting 2 tickets to the new black sensors. After a several runs against my dealer's DragonEye test gun in different scenarios, nothing passed through. Previously I would get frequent punch throughs with 2 RX and older TX sensors on my 2018 Dodge Ram against the DragonEye, hence my 2 costly tickets. These new sensors are very powerful and gives me confidence to open up my ride at will when in the mood to get movin - highly recommend if you live in Alberta!
